The Service

Claw Labs provides managed AI assistant hosting. We provision a dedicated virtual server, install and maintain the OpenClaw software, and provide access via WhatsApp, Telegram, and a web dashboard.

Your Responsibilities

Keep your dashboard link and token private
Don't use the service for illegal activities
Don't attempt to access other customers' servers
Don't resell access to your instance without permission

AI Credits

Your plan includes monthly AI credits. Credits are consumed by AI model usage (messages, coding, file operations). Unused credits roll over to the next month. Top-up credits never expire. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing if underlying API costs change significantly, with 30 days notice.

Uptime

We aim for 99.5% uptime but don't guarantee it. Servers auto-restart on failure. We'll notify you of planned maintenance. This is a best-effort managed service, not an enterprise SLA.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the dashboard or by contacting us. Your server stays active until the end of the billing period. After cancellation, data is retained for 7 days, then permanently deleted.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months. Top-up credits: non-refundable. If something goes genuinely wrong on our end, contact us — we'll sort it out.

Liability

We provide this service as-is. We're not responsible for AI-generated content, data loss due to server failure, or issues caused by upstream providers (Anthropic, Hetzner). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last month.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance.
